Mixology & Flair Certificate
Modern techniques, house-made ingredients and showmanship — for bartenders ready to create and perform.

Course Overview
Mixology & Flair is for bartenders who can already make the classics and want to create drinks of their own. You will learn how modern bars build flavour — infusions, syrups, shrubs, clarification and balance — and how to present a drink with confidence.
The second half of the course introduces working flair: smooth, safe bottle and tin moves that add theatre to service without slowing it down. You finish by designing and presenting a four-drink signature menu to a panel of guest bartenders.
