Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Illusion Bartender Academy ("IBA") website and your enrolment in any IBA course. This is placeholder legal copy for demonstration purposes and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.

1. Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable course fee or deposit. Instalment plans, where offered, must be completed according to the schedule agreed at enrolment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.

2. Age & Eligibility

All students must be at least 18 years of age at the start of their course, as training involves the handling and service of alcohol. IBA reserves the right to request valid identification prior to the first class.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may be eligible for a course credit toward a future intake, at IBA's discretion.
• Students may request to reschedule to a later intake, subject to seat availability.

4. Attendance & Certification

Certificates are issued only to students who complete the minimum required attendance and practical assessment for their course, as communicated by their trainer. IBA reserves the right to withhold certification where these requirements are not met.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and responsibly at all times, particularly when handling alcohol and bar equipment. IBA reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose conduct endangers themselves, others, or academy property, without refund.

6. Website Use

Content on this website, including text, images, and the IBA crest logo, is the property of Illusion Bartender Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

IBA provides training on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific employment outcomes following course completion. IBA's liability in connection with any course or website use is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
