Course Overview

The Professional Bartending Diploma is Illusion's foundation program and the most popular course we run. Over eight weeks of hands-on, small-group training you go from zero bar experience to confidently running a service on real equipment — jiggers, shakers, speed rails and glassware — guided by working bartenders.

Classes combine short theory briefings with most of the time spent at the bar itself: building muscle memory for pours, drink builds and guest service under realistic time pressure. By graduation you will have made more than 60 classic and contemporary cocktails and completed at least two full mock-service shifts.
